This leading Western managed main contractor with an excellent track record in the UAE of delivering landmark projects now has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Design Manager with extensive 5 star hotel interiors experience.

Based in Dubai and reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the coordination of the construction teams, external consultants and specialist architects ensuring that all parties have access to the latest information ensuring the interior fit-out of the projects run smoothly.

To qualify for this position, you will be degree qualified with the relevant tertiary qualifications in building, civil engineering or architecture with at least 10 - 12 years of experience of which the last 5 years should have worked for a leading international contractor involved with construction of luxury 5 star hotels. You will be a confident leader with the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to manage the overall design process. Experience of high end finishes is essential and experience of working in the Middle East is advantageous but not essential.
