This diversified international 1st tier contractor with operations around the world and responsible for some of the world’s landmark buildings and infrastructure projects now has an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Director with extensive airport experience.

Based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Managing Director, you will initially be responsible for leading the bid team and then responsible for the overall delivery of a state of the art multi-billion dollar project supported by a full construction team incorporating all disciplines and ensuring this fast-track project is delivered within budget and on time.  

To qualify for this position, you will have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in preferably Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 25 years experience gained from working for international 1st tier contractors on major international airport projects. You will be client facing with a proven track record of delivering at least one $1bn+ airport project. You will be a confident, strong & diplomatic team leader, experience of managing multi-national teams and previous experience of working in the Middle East would be advantageous but not essential.
