This diversified international 1st tier contractor with operations around the world and responsible for some of the world’s landmark buildings and infrastructure projects now has an immediate requirement for a flexible Project Commercial Director.

Based in the GCC and reporting to the Group Commercial Director for the Middle East, you will have full responsibility for all the commercial matters on the next $300m+ building project. Supported by a team of western & local expats of varying degrees of experience.

To qualify for this position, you will be tertiary qualified with the relevant degree with at least 20 years experience involved with major building projects, at least $300m+ in value. You will have extensive international experience gained from working for a 1st tier contractor, in depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts. You will be an astute negotiator coupled with the ability to manage multi-national teams.
